Dead refrigerator: Best helped us choose a replacement, had our choice in their inventory, and sold us the unit at a fair price. Delivery was scheduled and Best lent us a fridge in the meantime. They delivered the new unit, removed the old unit, and did the installation with care and precision. It was a Pleasure dealing with Best, start to finish.

We purchased all our appliances here when we remodeled our kitchen. Mike, the Superman of technicians, fixed our freezer drawer issue and then he also explained to me, and showed me, how to avoid future problems! Both Mike and Rob are wonderful ppl who are extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Mike will do everything humanly possible to fix your issue with a “can do” spirit. These are Vermonters, folks, like us. Get the full VT treatment of neighborly friendliness and helpfulness if you ever need a wonky appliance fixed. You’ll find highly skilled, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable ppl, plus fair prices. Best of all? Your problem WILL get fixed and WILL stay fixed!

I've bought several appliance from Best Appliance and am always very happy with my purchases and the customer service. Josh has been a great help recommending what to buy. My last delivery of a washer/dryer unit was extremely difficult. Eric and Wyatt would not give up and they managed to get the old unit out of a very small closet area, and the new one in. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate their perseverance! I will certainly be buying my next appliance from Best Appliance!

It has been 46 years since I purchased a new stove and Best Appliance offers a good selection from which to choose. Liz was great in answering my questions and I selected a stove and slimline microwave to replace the old vent over my old stove. The team that did installation was led by Zachariah and he was fantastic! In only 45 minutes the installation was complete and he was very careful not to do any harm to the floor or cabinets. When I expressed dismay about GE not providing a paper copy of the manual for the microwave, Liz promptly printed one for me. Great customer service and installation! I highly recommend Best Appliance.

Adam and Eric were the best delivery guys i have had in my home so far. Just like the people in the store they were very polite and courteous. They called to give me heads up when they were almost here and in and out in 30 min. Loved this whole experience from the sales man to thi insulation. We had a great experience with Best Appliance. The first stove we bought was not quite what we had expected and then the oven turned out to be defective. Josh Johnson was awesome in helping us to choose a different model for a price that was within our budget and it arrived and was installed just in time to cook our Christmas dinner. The new one is everything we had hoped for and we're very happy with the service.

We have been customers of Best Appliance for over 10 yrs. Whenever we need assistance in purchasing an appliance Josh is our go to man. We just had a refrigerator delivered by 2 employees who were courteous, knowledgeable, and picked up after themselves. They prepared the refrigerator removing tape and plastic and reviewed the refrigerator with us. I will continue to do business with Josh at Best Appliance. Merry Xmas!

On Friday, Dec. 2, Joe and Billy delivered my new induction stove. They removed my old range (and took it to the barn!), installed the new and tested each burner and the oven. They were helpful and courteous and, best of all, took the time to notify me the day before of when they were coming, and again when they were 15 minutes away. No whining or moaning when one of them had to go to my crawlspace to feed the electrical cord more!! Great guys!!

This place is amazing!! The amount of knowledge they had was impressive, and extremely helpful. I went in three days after purchasing my washing machine to see if they could deliver even though I originally said we would come get it. Of course they said yes, but it was going to be a few days beyond what I wanted. I was struggling to decide what I wanted to do, and casually mentioned that I didn’t have a working washer. The gentleman I was speaking to (didn’t catch his name) immediately volunteered to deliver it personally that day. I’m so glad I decided to go there, and will be returning for all my other appliance purchases. Thanks so much for the amazing service!!!!

The two men who delivered our appliance (twice, because it was defective) were extremely professional, personable, efficient and concerned. The service rep was knowledgeable and solved the problem quickly, notifying the company that we needed a replacement. The person (or persons) at Best Appliances who sold us the appliance, answers the phone and sets up appointments did an excellent job of responding, each time, to making sure delivery occurred in a timely manner. Communication was generally outstanding.

We went in to the store for the presidents weekend appliance sale. Zach helped us select the right washer and dryer for us, which was a newer model of our previous machines. He set us up with a delivery date, information about a rebate, and overall cost. Zach and his team were very flexible with our requests, as we were needy customers. They helped to arrange the delivery of our old units to a friend for an additional small fee, and even changed our order for us when we found out our pedestals were received broken at the store prior to initial delivery. On the delivery day the delivery crew came on time and did a great job. They even went above and beyond by coming back an hour later to fix an issue for us after the install. Thank you best appliance for dealing with us. We are so happy with our new units and we are happy to support a Rutland business!

Stopped by this place on a whim after seeing their ad on the back of Rutland magazine in the coffee shop. Started with Allison in the design department. I have a small outdated kitchen with little functionality. After a couple weeks I had an amazing kitchen design that not only made the most of my budget and space, but Allison tweaked things several times when I changed a sink and range size. Her attention to detail was excellent. I met Molly while working with Allison. She is like the Siri of appliances. She had a wealth of information at her fingertips and even scoped out some options for me. When the time came to look seriously at appliances it was a total waste of time to go big box stores where they couldn't even answer simple questions and told me nobody made 18" dishwashers. ‍ Molly spent over 2 hours pouring over details of ranges and fridges with me and worked out 3 packages to choose from. Additionally she looked at who had rebates and promos  available. BEST offers everything from budget appliances, scratch and dent specials to very high end choices for the discerning customer. I always prefer to support local business and am pleased with my experiences. It's unfortunate that people are less likely to post positive experiences (and I've heard so many about this business) and mostly complainers run to post their experience. They would have never been in business so long in Rutland and Woodstock if they weren't doing things right.

As we put the finishing touches on our project we wanted to write a brief note to you and your team to thank you for the top notch products, installation and customer service. Our project has been a long time in the making, and we started off with Heather and Zach guiding us through space saving refrigerators, laundry sets, dishwashers and wine refrigerators. We are very happy with the choices we made based on their expert recommendations. Hopefully soon we can finish off our appliances and get the range hood Zach recommended, as it will complete our kitchen! Allison truly has gone above and beyond our expectations, though. We are so grateful that the soapstone countertop error was handled quickly and gracefully, all while still keeping us within our timeline restrictions. We think we may love the tile floor Allison chose for us more than anything else. She found us exactly what we were looking for and her attention to detail, color palette and design sense has made our final product what it is today. You truly live up to your name as the best in the area, and we will always recommend you when given the opportunity. Stopped by on a Friday and was greeted by Molly and her dog. Large variety, and knowledgeable about the appliances. Ended up purchasing fridge and dishwasher, sales and delivery setup was easy. Few days before delivery, called back and needed a small basement fridge, again Molly made process easy. Was a little nervous about delivery, due to bad experience in the past. Not this time, on day of delivery, they called 30 minutes before arrival. Joe and Dana did a awesome job of delivering and installing dishwasher and other appliances. Very happy,, will be back
