Good Micro inconsistent convection oven

4 months old in our new RV. New learning curve followed directions for convection. With oven thermometer inside oven while set on 450. Internal temp about 100 degrees lower. So basically you cant cook anything higher than 325 so adjust your cooking times. Havent tried a pizza stone or cast iron on rack to raise the temp. When I called customer service they wanted me to disengage the thermostat and reboot it. Still under warranty the dealer will look into it. Nice size inside quietgood lighting easy to keep clean.

Nothing but problems

Currently on the 4th magnatron and LG refuses to believe that there is an issue and just wants to keep repairing it with me paying labor since full warranty period is up and only magnatron parts warranty is active. Bought a cheap microwave as back up because this one has been so unreliable.

This product has not worked in over a month. The fan to the convention oven will not turn off and is very noisy even after being unplugged and plugged back in. Spoke to an LG representative online she said it needs to be repaired. The only 2 places anywhere near me are 50 - 60 miles away. This would mean that I have to take it off the wall and transport it myself. I am a 66 year old disabled widow. This would be very difficult for me as I would have to hire someone. Even when the unit worked I was not happy with the convention oven. Never seemed to get hot enough and food took a very long time to cook. Ive decided to replace the microwave. And it will not be an LG.

LG over range Microwave with fan

I purchased this microwave quite a while ago and it took a long time to get but we are very happy with the product. We purchased it along with the slide-in range and refrigerator so everything looks consistent in the kitchen. We are still learning about all of the features but really like the basic functions the powerful fan and great light feature.

Our old microwave exploded and my wife found this one as a replacement. She was looking for one with a convection oven included. She is very happy with the ease of operation and the functionality of the convection part. Already made cookies with our Four year old granddaughter without having to worry about a hot oven within reach and she likes to dance to the music it plays at the end of cooking cycles Couldnt be more pleased
